Fish Masala Fry (Spicy and Tangy)


Ingredients: (For 2 Medium Pomfret or 2 medium slices of Seer Fish or 2 Lady Fish)
Mix these ingredients in a mixer:
3-4 tbls red chilli powder.
1 tbls coriander powder.
1/4 tbls Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1/4 tbls Tamarind Paste
1 inch Ginger chopped
5-6 grains of Garlic, smashed
4-5 Curry Leaves
1/2 tbls salt

Mix it with enough amount of water to make it a fine paste.
Spread the paste on all the sides of the fishes
Now, spread some oil (olive oil suggested) on the pan .
Place those fishes on the pan .
Keep it on Low flame
(Cover the pan with a banana leaf if you have one)
Close the pan.
Turn around the fish after 5 mins.
keep the other side also for 5 mins.
(Remove the banana leaf)
Open and add some curry leaves on the top and also dress it with some coriander leaves.
Serve the hot fish masala fry.... :)
